Brief

A caricature and custom tote bag activation for the American Cancer Society's Fork Cancer event in Las Vegas.

Approach

Fork Cancer needed an activation that would actually get people to stop and engage, not just walk the room. We brought three artists to Topgolf and set up live caricatures alongside a custom tote bag station, working anti-cancer imagery into every piece so each item carried the cause with it. Because we were operating under Vegas Strip guidelines for a corporate partner, every material we used was environmentally friendly.

Outcome

A caricature is the rare activation item people actually keep — it went home on a fridge or a desk, not in a drawer. Every tote and every drawing doubled as a small, personal reminder of why the event existed in the first place, turning a one-night activation into something attendees carried with them long after Topgolf.
