Approach
Kids Day Out gets club members outside for a lineup of activities, and we wanted ours to feel like play, not a craft table. We handed out blank Graffiti Park logos and let the kids run wild with markers — no rules, no reference image, no "right" way to color inside the lines. Some stayed neat. Most didn't. All of it was theirs.
Outcome
Tables filled up fast and stayed that way. Kids left with something they'd made themselves, not something handed to them. It's the kind of small, easy moment that's kept us coming back to BGCSNV year after year — proof that a partnership doesn't need to be complicated to matter. As the BGC COO put it, Graffiti Park has shown "a commitment to excellence and inclusivity in all its services and programming."
